VaPRNet strives to be the preferred provider of anesthesia solutions in Southern California.
MISSION
VaPRNet is a physician network dedicated to:
Delivering quality anesthesia care to patients, surgeons and institutions;
Serving as an advocate for anesthesiologists and their patients;
Promoting the highest standards of the profession of anesthesiology; and
VaPRNet strives to be the preferred provider of anesthesia solutions in Southern California.

Promoting the highest standards of the profession of anesthesiology; and
Bringing technology and innovation to anesthesiologists.
VALUES
The Network adheres to a basic
policy of honesty, integrity, and fairness in its daily functioning among its member Anesthesiologists, and with its clients
and patients.
The
Network recognizes the Principles of Medical Ethics of the American Medical Association and the Guidelines for the Ethical
Practice of Anesthesiology of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) (www.asahq.org/publicationsAndServices/standards/10.pdf)
as the basic guide to the ethical conduct of physicians.
The Network upholds, adheres to and promotes the aims, principles and purposes
of the ASA. as set forth in the Bylaws of that organization.
The Network recognizes the practice of anesthesiology as the practice of medicine.
Members of this Network shall not join or remain on the medical staff of institutions where anesthesiologists are not
accorded the corresponding rights, privileges and limitations extended to other members of the medical staff.
The Network regards it improper
for a member to prevent under any guise an ethical, professionally qualified physician from practicing in the same community.
The Network also promotes the following GOALS:
To advance the science and art of anesthesiology and to stimulate interest and promote progress in the scientific, cultural and economic aspects of the specialty of anesthesiology;
To advance the science and technology of information management in the field of anesthesiology;
To seek the betterment of the individual member of this Network, and to protect his/her interest within the structure of this Network.
